Get ready to shine before the big night! Tonight We Glow is a exclusive pre-prom dinner designed to give you an elevated dining experience in a glowing atmosphere where excellent food, beautiful ambiance, and pre-prom festivities come together for a night to remember.

  • Admission: $106 per guest (includes 6% KY Sales and Use Tax)

  • Seating is limited to the first 80 guests! Don’t wait to register!

PHOTOGRAPHY AND DINNER TIMELINE
Arrivals will begin around 5:00 pm (exact time TBA once all groups are registered). Depending on the size and number of groups, arrival times will be intervaled approximately 10-20 minutes apart to adequately accommodate enough time for photography.  Dinner for all groups will conclude by 7:30 pm. 

Please note: At the discretion of The House on Helm, groups larger than 16 people will be divided into smaller groups for arrival times and pictures only. You will still have the opportunity to take a larger group photo and sit together at dinner. This gives the photographer the opportunity to keep pictures flowing efficiently and assist the culinary team with staggered seating. Thank you for your understanding!

Your assigned arrival time will be determined once all groups have completed registration.  You will be notified by email and text approximately one week prior to the event with your seating time.  You are welcome to stay after dinner to relax and enjoy the grounds until prom begins.

We are excited to debut a new culinary partner this year, and it’s about to be delicious! During registration you will pre-select your entree. The 2026 menu glows like this:

Garden Salad
Choice of:
1) Filet mignon, 6 oz (medium well with a touch of pink) and mashed potatoes
2) Fettucine Alfredo with Grilled Chicken
3) Fettucine Alfredo (Vegetarian)
Garden Fresh Green Beans
Sister Schubert Rolls
Dewster’s Bakery Assorted Bars and Cookies

PARKING AT THE HOUSE ON HELM
To be respectful to our neighbors, we ask that you please do NOT park in the on-street residential areas of Helm Street or on Terry Court.  You may park in the Wilson Muir Bank lot located at 250 W. Dixie Avenue, and it is a short one block walk from The House on Helm.  You may drop off attendees in the semi-circle valet driveway located on Terry Court just off the corner of Helm Street before self-parking. 

NOTE: Guys, be a hero—drop your girl off first! Those heels weren’t made for hiking!

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Your reservation is not complete until payment is received.  The ticket cost is $106 (including tax) per attendee and is inclusive of the three-course dinner and photography.  If we do not receive your payment by April 15th, we will not be able to hold your reservation. Please send payment by check or Venmo as indicated below. Be sure to notate each attendee’s name and friend group name with the payment.

A NOTE TO PARENTS
Parents, we love you! You are welcome to come and observe the picture portion of the dinner and take pictures on the side.  Parents need to park in the Parent Overflow parking lot located at the Elizabethtown City Schools Central Office at 219 Helm Street.  Parents are asked to remain OUTSIDE of the house at all times in order to assist staff with efficiency. Weather permitting, there will be a Parent Observation Area with seating on the front lawn to enable parents to watch and take pictures but also be far enough removed from the formal photography and dining areas so as to allow staff to be efficient.  Should there be inclement weather, photos will take place inside and we will not have enough room in the house to have attendees and parents onsite.
